About In-Person Therapy

I understand that in-person therapy can be a preferred pathway for some people.  That's why I dedicate Tuesdays in my Birmingham office to providing a safe and inviting space for in-person sessions.

That said, on occasion, we may need to switch a session to online therapy, due to travel or unforeseen circumstances.  This ensures flexible and comprehensive support no matter the situation.

Therapy Session

Room & Building

Situated on Calthorpe Road, Edgbaston, within Edgbaston Village (part of Calthorpe Estates), my therapy room is nestled within a quiet shared office building.

Conveniently located on the ground floor, accessibility is a priority, offering ease of entry for all visitors. The room is comfortable and cosy, providing a safe and discreet space for therapeutic conversations. Equipped with heating and air conditioning, the space ensures a comfortable atmosphere, and plush chairs add to the overall sense of relaxation.

The setting is designed to offer privacy and tranquillity, fostering an environment conducive to healing and self-discovery.
