An in-depth session, up to 90 mins, where we explore your needs and goals, ensuring a tailored therapy plan. My trauma-informed approach focuses on your strengths, skills, and symptoms discussed in a safe, comfortable, and non-triggering way.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, please note that cancellations made with more than 72 hours’ notice incur a 50% fee. Cancellations made within 72 hours of the session are charged in full.
