One at a Time Therapy (OAATT)

Flexible, pay-as-you-go therapy for when you need support - without the pressure of a contract.
OAATT is ideal if you want space to think things through, get clarity on a situation, or move forward in a way that fits your life. Most sessions are focused and forward looking.
Not suitable for trauma or somatic work - but a great place to start if you’re unsure what you need.
Many clients return monthly, fortnightly, or simply when something comes up. Most get what they need in just a few sessions.
Ongoing Therapy

For when deeper, ongoing work is genuinely needed, this option offers a more consistent support - ideal for trauma work, somatic regulation, or long-term relational patterns that benefit from a steady rhythm.
Sessions are reserved weekly and paid for monthly in advance. This model is more cost-effective than using OAATT weekly and secures your regular time slot.
Assessment sessions for Ongoing Therapy are available by request only, as I’ll usually suggest starting with OAATT first. Weekly therapy is a commitment. For many people, starting with OAATT is the least intrusive and most helpful first step.
