I currently have spaces for Ongoing Therapy available:

Mondays at 6:30pm

Thursdays at 5pm
(note: I do work bank holidays where they fall on a Monday)
Ongoing Therapy is a weekly consistent commitment.
Please only apply if you are able to attend this day and time on a regular basis.

Please Remember:
In most cases, I usually recommend beginning 1-2-1 clinical work with a One-At-A-Time-Therapy (OAATT) session before applying for Ongoing Therapy.
This allows you to:

experience how we work together
-
see whether a lighter, one-at-a-time approach is enough

decide whether deeper, weekly work is actually needed
Applications for Ongoing Therapy are strongest when you have:

had at least one OAATT session with me.

or, have previously worked with me
-
or, have recent relevant therapeutic or self-development experience and are clear you're ready for weekly work.
